Kansas City. Kansas City here I come ...

... but first I have to stop at Becky's for a haircut. Afterwards, I gassed up my four wheeler ... ... and headed home.
Friday night after school we loaded up and headed to see Uncle Eric. He's a great guy and we have a lot in common.

After a good night's sleep everyone went downtown so we could spend the day at Union Station. Here we are buying tickets. Eric and I went to Science City while Dad chaperoned Mom at the Diana exhibit. (Check back later for photos from Science City - they're worth it!)

Mom was very excited!
Dad was glad to see daylight again after a long line and a gut wrenching reminder of the day-to-day impact Diana still has on each and every one of us.
Home to Gardner and I got to get a tour of Eric's truck. It's cool!

He keeps some of his police equipment with him at all times and I got to wear a real police hat! Looks good, huh?
Could this guy's life be any better?! A four wheeler?! Are you kidding me?!
Park!
I was impressed that Uncle Eric climbed so high ... and was even more impressed when he actually got back down!
So, been playing at parks long?
This is a photo Daddy calls his new screen saver. I was just pointing out the water to Mom.
Eric performs like a horse when you ride his shoulders. Just grab his ears and you can steer him.
Today was a return visit to the Deanna Rose Farmstead. This place is great!
This is my new friend. He's a baby goat or a kid. I'll call him George.
The trip to see Eric was great. Thanks Uncle Eric! (I hope you can get your house back in shape!)

After driving back to Des Moines I spent some time with Grandma Maggy while Mom and Dad signed me up for swimming lessons. That's exciting, but I'm really going to have to start working out to get into swimming suit shape.

Have a great week everyone!

Remember, if life gives you lemons make sure to keep the receipt. You paid for ice cream.

Toodles.
