Last week I started swimming lessons. My instructor, Rex, is a very nice guy and he's very patient with me. I'll admit that I don't listen well all the time, but I've learned about kicking and using my arms to move and am figuring out how to put my face in the water.
Mom and Dad think the whole thing is pretty stressful, but I'm having fun.
Kick. Kick. Kick.
Here I am getting a ride around the pool on the Loch Ness Monster.
One morning, even before I left for school it hailed. I'd not seen hail before and didn't believe Mom at first when she said that it wasn't, in fact, popcorn. She brought some in so I could touch it but that didn't feel right. I told her to put it back.
Saturday Grandma Kathy and Papa stopped by before heading off to a wedding. They brought me new toys, fresh from Grandma's yard sale trip!
Soon after they arrived they left and so did Mom, Dad and I. It was Grant's birthday party and all of his class was there. I told my friend "Happy Birthday!" but didn't want to bother him so focused on playing with some of his fun toys. Golf, anyone?
